Orders for standard catalog items may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placement prior to logistics staging.

Bespoke alloy casting and custom stonework orders may only be cancelled prior to the pouring of moulds or cutting of raw mineral blocks.

To cancel an order, navigate to your Patron Account Orders page or submit an urgent cancellation request to [email protected] quoting your Order ID.

Upon approved cancellation, full refunds are credited back to your original source of payment within 3-5 business days.
