Standard collection pieces may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they remain in pristine, unaltered condition with original studio packaging.

Due to the individualized nature of made-to-order commissions and custom stone cuts, bespoke works are final sale and non-returnable once fabrication has commenced.

Returned items are inspected by our master artisans upon receipt at our foundry. Once verified, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

In the rare event of transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation so we can immediately initiate a replacement or restoration.
